  •     Rehearsal or welcome party planning and coordination

  •     Assist with guest accommodations such as hotel and shuttle
  •     Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to vendors
  •     Final vendor confirmations and distribution of driving directions
  •     Full wedding day coordination including two “day of wedding” coordinators if necessary
  •     Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations
  •     Receiving deliveries and vendors
  •     Distribution of final payments to all vendors
  •     Collection of items before the wedding to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc. Check list with planner.
  •     Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, disposable cameras, etc.
  •     Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony and reception area, including table’s assignation
  •     Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
  •     Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
  •     Ensuring you and your groom are guests instead of managers
  •     Set-up dismantle of ceremony and reception locations
